We are currently looking to set up Little Heroes ‘Super Heroes’ across West Yorkshire and surrounding counties to help us raise the funds to provide this much needed support service for children with cancer and their families. There is no limit to the participation of the local Super Heroes fundraising initiatives, ranging from creating and running your own events locally to working with others from our team to organise larger events.

Fundraising Organiser -
organise a successful fundraiser, from start to finish:
Identify a suitable fundraising event, that appeals to a wide audience
Manage and motivate a team of Volunteers
Monitor the costs of venue & materials, versus estimated funds raised
Time management, countdown & planning
Collection Box Agents - help to encourage local donations We need help to increase outlets in your area for our collection boxes:
Could you look after a number of boxes in your locality?
Retrieve and replace boxes regularly
Visit local sites once or twice per month
Identify new sites willing to take a box
Community Presenters - are you a confident, experienced speaker? We need help to raise awareness of Little Heroes by presenting talks to:
Schools and youth groups
Churches
Clubs and associations
Ladies' groups
Event Administrators - to assist with background work. We need help with administrative support for our exciting calendar of fundraising events:
Good IT and organisational skills are required and training is provided.
Regular help is needed Mon to Fri afternoons
